There are basically 2 types of delivery to choose from in the UK:

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next Day

Same Day Despatch
We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

UK Orders
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery
Delivery usually within 1 to 3 days. However 15 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service
Guaranteed to arrive Next Day Monday to Saturday providing your order is received before 12pm Monday to Friday
Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified.

Not at home? Where would you like us to deliver?
We understand you are busy and you may not be available at home when your eagerly anticipated package arrives. This should not stop you from receiving your package when you want it, quickly. If you would prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address, even work just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.
