RETURNS POLICY

REFUNDS

Hot Edition conforms with The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which state that you are within your rights to cancel your order within seven days of making the purchase, without the need for a reason.

Please note the following conditions to any refund:

We will take off the postage cost from your refund if we have dispatched your purchase before we receive your cancellation
A full refund will only be provided where there is not significant damage to the product and packaging
If the item is not faulty, then you must return the item for refund at your own postage expense
You may exchange any unopened and unused product for an alternative from the Hot Edition range within 30 days of your purchase
No refunds will be paid after 7 days, without exception

Refunds shall be paid guaranteed within 30 days (as per regulation), however we will endeavour to have your refund to you within seven days.

RETURNS

Hot Edition will exchange any product that is returned within 30 days of purchase for any other in-stock Hot Edition catalogue product so long as the product and its packaging and all accessories are unused and/or unopened. You will be responsible for any costs of returning the product to us.

On hygiene grounds, Hot Edition is unable, without exception to accept returns of adult sex toys, bondage-wear, creams, lubricants, oils or condoms if they have been opened and or used.

Clothing
Hot Edition shall only refund apparel if it is returned unused and within 7 days of purchase and if the labels remain on the garment and unbroken. You can however still substitute the item for another Hot Edition available product inside of 30 days.

Faulty items
If the product is faulty, then you must return it to us within 7 days with a description of the fault and send it along with all correct packaging, accessories etc in order to be credited your refund. If we cannot find a fault, then the product will be returned to you at your postage expense.

You must make sure that any returned faulty product is cleaned thoroughly and sealed in a plastic bag.

Process for returning to Hot Edition:

First email us so that we know of your desire to return a product to returns@hotedition.com
You will then receive an email with a customer returns number to be quoted in all correspondence
Confirm in a letter with your return, the reason for your return and the customer returns number
Wrap the product securely and include the original delivery documentation
Send the product and required documentation to: Returns, Hot Edition, P.O. Box 1113, Warrington. WA4 9JU.
Please ensure that you receive a proof of posting. In the event that we do not receive your return, you must be able to prove that it was sent by you otherwise we are unable to process your return.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
